Jason purchased the 2,607 square foot unit back in 2008 for just under $1.5 million.  Looks like the Kidd is putting the lock on this home because he is now selling for $1.595 million it seems that Kidd has taken the advice of his real estate agent not to go much higher than what he purchased the condo for he is only asking </div><div style="text-align: left;">$95,000 more of what he paid for it. I guess that was a smart move considering today’s market. I must say that the <b>Snitch</b> is nonetheless impressed with the Kidd's determination to get his property sold.
